Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for supporting me! Because my greeting cards, ACEO mini card prints and coloring books are delicate paper goods, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure the quality and integrity of our inventory.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items opened or used.  If you change your mind about your unopened order, we will gladly accept returns and refund you, minus shipping fees.

Note: In the event that a return is authorized, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and protective cello sleeves. A full refund will be issues, minus any shipping fees.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your items arrive damaged due to postal handling or have a clear manufacturing defect, we want to make it right. Please contact me at hello@ilidia-illustrated.com within 48 hours of delivery!

To get a refund and expedite the process, please include:

•Your name, email address, and order number.

•Clear photos of the damaged product.

•Photos of the exterior packaging (this helps me file a claim with the carrier).
