Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping Ilidia Illustrated! Following are the terms and conditions that constitute my Shipping Policy.

Processing & Handling

All orders are processed within 4-6 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered in [3-7] business days via USPS.

  • Art Prints & ACEOs: Shipped in rigid mailers or with heavy cardstock backing to ensure they arrive flat and undamaged.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Ilidia Illustrated is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages & Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging our greeting cards and art prints in protective cello sleeves and stay-flat mailers.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Contact me at hello@ilidia-illustrated.com within 48 hours.

  • We are not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but not received, but we will certainly do what we can to help you file a claim and deal with these situations on a case-by-case basis.
